Besides the regular 2years D.El.Ed course, the Institute also conducts the following short term programmes:

• Head Teachers Leadership Management Training
• Content Enrichment Training for Primary Teachers
• Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation Training
• Training on Constructivist Approach
• Community Training Programme
• Training Programme on Learning Outcomes
• Assists in Conducting National Achievement Survey (NAS)
• Assists in Conducting Annual Status of Report (ASER)

 

Along with these training programs, the faculty members are also engaged in Research and Action Research works.
